What is Bloom HK?

Bloom HK is a consumption rebate APP that currently only cooperates with Visa cards. Users can bind a Visa card in the App and use the bound card to make purchases, and can earn platform cash rebates, Bloom Coin rebates and credit card spending rebates.
The platform uses Visa's Visa Offers Platform (VOP), a set of back-end programs that handle Visa card consumption transactions. As long as the bound card is used for consumption, the transaction will be verified on the VOP to determine whether it is eligible to receive discounts, allowing Bloom to quickly issue rebates to users.

To register a Bloom HK account, you need to provide your email address and mobile phone number, both of which need to be verified by entering a verification code.

After creating an account, you can bind a bank card or credit card (currently only Visa cards are supported), and you can bind up to 5 cards. You can then earn rebates and rewards by spending at designated merchants with the bound card.

Bloom Cashback vs Bloom Coins

Bloom cash rebate

You can earn cash rebates on the platform through bank/credit card purchases linked to Bloom HK, and the rebates will be credited within 10 days after the transaction.
The Bloom cash rebate can be withdrawn once you have accumulated HK$70. You can bind your FPS account to deposit via FPS, and transfer the cash rebate directly to your bank account.
There is no limit on the number of daily rebate withdrawals, as long as the rebate is at least HK$70, and the maximum daily withdrawal through FPS is HK$3,000.
