How to Connect QuickBooks, Zoho, and Airwallex

You don't have to rip-and-replace your existing tools. Cheery ERP connects to QuickBooks, Zoho, Airwallex, and more — so you can migrate gradually or run systems in parallel.

Connect QuickBooks Online (Import Your Data)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks

Step 2: Click "Connect"

• Authorize Cheery ERP to access your QuickBooks data
• One-way import (QuickBooks → Cheery)

Step 3: Choose What to Import

• Chart of Accounts
• Customers
• Vendors
• Open Invoices
• Opening Balances

Step 4: Review and Import

• Preview what will be imported
• Map accounts if needed
• Click "Import"

Result: Your QuickBooks data is now in Cheery ERP. You can:

• Continue using QuickBooks for a while (run in parallel)
• Gradually switch to Cheery for new transactions

Connect Zoho CRM (Sync Contacts and Deals)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho CRM

Step 2: Click "Connect"

• Authorize Cheery ERP to access your Zoho CRM
• OAuth flow (secure, no password sharing)

Step 3: Configure Sync

• Choose entities to sync: Contacts, Leads, Deals, Companies
• Set sync direction: Zoho → Cheery (one-way pull)
• Set sync frequency: Manual or daily scheduler

Step 4: Sync

• Click "Sync Now" for immediate import
• Or wait for daily scheduler

Result: Your Zoho CRM data is in Cheery ERP. You can:

• Query Zoho data via AI: "Show me hot leads from Zoho"
• Use Cheery's AI agent on Zoho data: "Create opportunity for XYZ Ltd"
• Keep Zoho and Cheery in sync (daily updates)

Connect Zoho Books (Sync Invoices and Customers)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho Books

Step 2: Click "Connect"

• Authorize Cheery ERP to access your Zoho Books
• OAuth flow

Step 3: Configure Sync

• Choose entities: Customers, Invoices, Items
• Set sync frequency: Manual or daily

Step 4: Sync

• Click "Sync Now"

Result: Your Zoho Books data is in Cheery ERP. You can:

• View Zoho invoices alongside Cheery invoices
• Query via AI: "Show me Zoho invoices over $10,000"
• Gradually migrate to Cheery invoicing

Connect Airwallex (Bank Feed Sync)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Airwallex

Step 2: Click "Connect"

• Authorize Cheery ERP to access your Airwallex account
• OAuth flow

Step 3: Map Wallets to Bank Accounts

• Airwallex USD Wallet → Cheery "USD Bank Account"
• Airwallex HKD Wallet → Cheery "HKD Bank Account"
• Airwallex CNY Wallet → Cheery "CNY Bank Account"

Step 4: Sync Transactions

• Click "Sync Now"
• Airwallex transactions → Cheery bank statements

Result: Your Airwallex transactions are in Cheery ERP. You can:

• Reconcile bank statements automatically
• Match transactions to invoices
• View cash position across all banks (Airwallex + HSBC + Hang Seng)

Connect Google Drive (Document Sync)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Drive

Step 2: Click "Connect"

• Authorize Cheery ERP to access your Google Drive
• OAuth flow

Step 3: Configure Folders

• Choose folders to sync: Receipts, Contracts, HR Documents
• Set sync direction: Bi-directional

Step 4: Sync

• Documents in synced folders → Cheery Document Management System
• New receipts uploaded to Drive → auto-OCR

Result: Your Google Drive documents are indexed and searchable in Cheery ERP. You can:

• Search documents via AI: "Find all contracts signed in 2026"
• Upload receipts to Drive → auto-process in Cheery
• Access documents from both Drive and Cheery

Connect SMTP/IMAP (Email Integration)

Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Email

Step 2: Configure SMTP (Outbound)

• Host: smtp.gmail.com (or your provider)
• Port: 587 (TLS)
• Username: your email
• Password: app password

Step 3: Configure IMAP (Inbound)

• Host: imap.gmail.com
• Port: 993 (SSL)
• Username: receipts@yourcompany.com
• Password: app password

Step 4: Test

• Click "Send Test Email" → verify delivery
• Click "Poll Now" → verify receipt import

Result: You can:

• Send invoices via your company email (not Cheery's generic email)
• Auto-import receipt emails → OCR processing
• Send payment reminders from your mailbox
